What is the return policy?

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. We get support from Printify to find our production partners.

Can I get detailed information about out-of-stock products?

How long after placing an order can I cancel or change my order?

Within 2 hours you need to inform us about this. Otherwise the product will continue the production or packaging process.
